Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the package off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
